Sanding Machines

With our long experience designing and building sanding machines for more than 30 years, Enelacas has developed a sanding-calibrating machines and sanding-apomazadora machine System with enough precisión/accuracy and strengh to be used in Neolite sheets sanded and with EVA and microporous sheets too.

Our calibrating machines have a very tought structure, motoriced with 30Hp motors every unit, and they have a high accurancy that allow to set a sheet thickness belows 0.05 mm . We have configurations with 1,2,3 or 4 heads, depending on customer prodcution capacity.

Our honing-sanding machines are formed by sanding heads and a finishing skate, designed specially , and which allow to get perfect uniform honeds and without stripes.

We have a large range of sanding machines with dry Scoth Brite brushes, to prepare the surface, before being painted.
