Enelacas has a full range of machines that permits you to configure all type of printing lines to perform the printing and finishing of the neolite sheets for shoe soling, from simple installations for novice producers with little productions until full robotized coating lines with very large production capacities.

The available machinery are the following:

SURFACE PREPARATION MACHINERY: Scotch brite machines in dry, Washing trains and Electronic Oxidation Machine- MOE (Enelacas patent).
COATING MACHINES: Direct and REVERSE raster coating machines, Indirect and reverse offset coating machines.
PRINTING MACHINES: Direct and offset printing machines.
CURING OVENS: Modular IR ovens "Flash type" and UV curing ovens.
COOLING SYSTEMS: Cooling conveyors and water cooling pools.
TRANSPORT SYSTEMS: Transport tables with Teflon conveyors and feeding line robots.
